Im Januar 2024 feiert World Heritage Watch sein 10-jähriges Bestehen. Zur Vorbereitung und Durchführung einer Veranstaltung mit prominenten Gästen aus diesem Anlass suchen wir vom 1. Oktober bis ca. 15. Februar eine Praktikantin / einen Praktikanten aus den Fächern Event- oder Kulturmanagement. In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Geschäftsführer werden Sie an allen Schritten des Projekts mitarbeiten: Konzept entwickeln, Plan erstellen, Förderer bzw. Sponsoren suchen, Veranstaltungsort und -ablauf festlegen, die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit machen und die Veranstaltung durchführen.
Sie sollten mitbringen:
Die Stelle ist eine Vollzeitstelle; der Arbeitsplatz ist das schönste Büro in Berlin im historischen Nicolaihaus, Brüderstr. 13 in Berlin-Mitte. Die Arbeitszeit ist flexibel je nach Anforderung; entscheidend ist allein das Erreichen des Ergebnisses.
WHW arbeitet ehrenamtlich; falls wir nicht gemeinsam Fördermittel einwerben, können wir leider kein Gehalt zahlen, da wir über keinerlei eigene Mittel verfügen.

Since unfortunately we cannot offer any remuneration for our internships, we prefer applicants who are fully funded. Candidates enrolled at a university and living outside Germany are encouraged to consult the Erasmus+ Program of the EU (see below).

Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion. This is nearly double the funding compared to its predecessor programme (2014-2020). The 2021-2027 programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life.
Erasmus+ is open to many individuals and organisations, although eligibility varies from one action to another and from one country to another. Individuals can take part in many of the opportunities funded by Erasmus+, although most will have to do so through an organisation taking part in the programme. The eligibility of individuals and organisations depends on the country in which they are based. Eligible countries are divided into two groups, Programme countries and Partners countries. Although Programme countries are eligible for all actions of Erasmus+, Partner countries can only take part in some, and are subject to specific conditions.
